COMPANY PROFILE:
Established in July 1998, Foshan Guang Long Copper Industry Co., Ltd is located in Longjiang town, famous as furniture manufacturing area, Shunde district Foshan City.
Mainly produced brass rod at the beginning, and introduced professionals and quality management system in 2003, Guang Long focus and specialize in research, development and manufacturing PLUG INSERT PINS and PLUG INSERTS for mobile phone charegers and power plug, BRASS TERMINALS, different kinds of CONTACT SPRINGS, medical instrument parts and precision metal pannel case, and currently have developed into a hardware production and processing factory, with more than 120 staff scale. In order to adapt the standardlizaton management, we phased out the brass rod melting and production workshop in 2020, removed the production process which was a hidden danger to the environment and specialised in the production of different kinds of hardware accessories, satisfied our customers in one-stop sourcing. After more than 20 years development, our quanlity and service has been accepted and supported in the industry.
Currently we have 110 sets of deep-processing automatic lathes, 80 sets of hydraulic lathes, 20 sets of high speed stamping machines and 20 sets of vertical plastic injection machines, with a total production capacity of more than 1 billion pieces.
In January 2006, attained the certificate of quality management system of TUV ISO9001:2000.
In December 2011, attained the certificate of quality management system of TUV ISO9001:2008.
In November 2014, awarded as “Shunde Star Company” and “ Top thousand of Shunde Key Enterprises”.
In December 2016, identified as top 50 enterprises in Longjiang town.
In November 2017, awarded as “High-tech Enterprises” of Guangdong province.
